Prior to joining Figure 8 Realty, Nick charted a diverse career in real estate from development and distressed assets in Chicago to financial analysis for top real estate groups in Los Angeles.  Nick also has an affinity for the hospitality industry, having spearheaded the creation of a successful bar/restaurant venture.  After joining Figure 8 in 2015, Nick has led the growth of Figure 8 Commercial into a leading boutique group, specializing in Creative-Use Buildings and Clientele focused on infill LA neighborhoods.  As an Eastside resident for the past 8 years with unique insight of the local real estate market, Nick has participated as an expert Bisnow panelist for Eastside real estate trends.  While working with some of LA’s hippest companies and top local investors, Nick completed over $30 Million in transactions in 2018 spanning creative office, retail, residential and income value-add 
properties.
