Originally from Chicago, I moved to Los Angeles in the summer of 2006 in search of warmer weather, mountains and Ocean breezes. Living and working all over LA — from Hollywood to Los Feliz to Echo Park — I gained a lot of insight into the specific character of each of the neighborhoods I spent time in, and I pass that first-hand experience onto my clients. My thoughtful approach to Real Estate makes the buying and selling process straight-forward and low stress for my clients. More than anything, I’m a people person with a Bachelor’s Degree in Sociology and an extensive background in customer service. I have also been a drummer for more than 20 years, which gives me a unique perspective on how complicated it can be to report income when you are also an artist working a freelance career. I will happily work with you and our loan officer on the best way to gather all the documentation and information necessary to obtain the best loan possible. I find creative solutions for first time buyers and also creative spaces for artists and musicians. A hard worker all my life, my approach to real estate, as with everything else, is being a down-to-earth, honest and reliable “what you see is what you get” person. My clients are my number one priority throughout the entire buying and/or selling process. You won’t be thinking “What’s up with this guy?”, a common question in many sales situations. I’m not going to try to sell you a house you don’t want. I’ll never sell you a bill of goods. I communicate, listen, negotiate, and understand people’s individual needs.
