Figure 8 represented the buyer of this renovated 1914 California Craftsman located on a huge double level lot. Buyers were previously tenants in this Echo Park Triplex, and when they heard that their landlord was considering listing the property, they jumped into action, entrusting Figure 8 to work out a deal with the owner before it was taken to market. And we did! As part of the sale, the new owners also acquired the vacant lot next to the home (valued around $500k) for future development.
