What an honor to work on this sale! Figure 8 represented the buyer of this historic recording studio, which was the birthplace of Stevie Wonder’s masterpiece “Songs In the Key of Life,” and has hosted a wealth of other musical legends such as Jimi Hendrix, Marvin Gaye, Eric Clapton, The Doors, James Taylor, and Barbra Streisand. The building holds three main studios: Studio A features a large control room, 2 iso booths, large sound room with high ceilings, machine room, and echo chamber; Studio B features a medium sized control room perfect for mixing and sound room; Studio C is the perfect editing / production room. Can’t wait to see the new owners elevate this great piece of LA history to new heights!⁠
