Figure 8 represented the Buyer, Roger TV, in securing this light-manufacturing building, superbly located on the edge of Silverlake and Virgil Village. The Client was previously renting in DTLA Arts District and facing a steep rent increase. The were able to secure owner-user SBA financing to purchase 1109 N Virgil and complete a custom buildout that perfectly suited their needs. The change of use and buildout was definitely a major undertaking, but adeptly navigated by the Award-winning CHA:COL architecture.
