Nick also has an affinity for the hospitality industry, having spearheaded the creation of a successful bar/restaurant venture. After joining Figure 8 in 2015, Nick has led the growth of Figure 8 Commercial into a leading boutique group, specializing in creative-use buildings and clientele focused on infill LA neighborhoods. As an Eastside resident for the past 10 years, Nick has a unique insight of the local real estate market and trends. While working with some of LA’s hippest companies and top local investors, Nick completed over $150 million in transactions with Figure 8 spanning creative office, retail, residential and income value-add properties.
